• advertising and promotional projects, including printed materials, presentations, brochures and websites
• online or electronic publications
• modify or alter the Content as necessary for your use
• prints and other reproductions for personal use and not for resale
• any other uses approved by eStock-photos
• to decorate your home, your office but not public places
• backup, and store, single Image(s) if necessary on a single server

Prohibited Uses.

• use the Content in design template intended for resale, whether on-line or notelectronic templates or brochure
• use or display the Content on websites or any other media involving the sale
• use any of the Content as part of a trade-mark or business name or logo
• in a way that can give a bad name to eStock-photos or the person(s) depicted on the Image
• use the Content in pornographic, sexual or physical or mental abuse or ailments, or any other offensive subjects
• remove any notice of copyright where it is on or embedded in the Content
• sub-license, share, resell, rent or distribute the Content or the rights granted under this Agreement
• install and use the Content in more than one location
• reverse engineer, decompile the content

eStock photos payments are made on a monthly schedule. If your account balance reaches US $100 in any month, we'll send you check or Western Union payment before the end of the following month, provided there are no holds on your account. For example, if your account balance reaches $100 during June, we'll send you a payment at the end of July.

Lightboxes are personal folders that store images or/and other media, helping you manage images. You can e-mail or purchase the contents of a lightbox. Login required before you can use lightbox features.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Our credit card transactions are secure because a 128-bit SSL encrypted session. We go one step further by requesting the buyer to enter a Credit Security Code, the 3 or 4 digit number located on the back of most cards.

You can give your photos a "tag", which is like a keyword or category. Tags help you and your customers find photos which have something in common. You could assign up to 10 tags to each photo.
